RandomX — two builds

Two binaries ship, both the same algorithm and both producing identical hashes. The shared-memory js/vendor/randomx/web-randomx-mt.{js,wasm} (pthread build) is built from github.com/aa022/RandomX-bonanza at commit f9848e3 — the RandomX engine plus a WebAssembly JIT backend — with Emscripten 4.0.10 and the patches in third_party/RandomX-JIT-overlay/. The single-thread js/vendor/randomx/web-randomx.{js,wasm} is built from github.com/WebCryptomining/WebRandomX at commit 780908a with the patches in third_party/WebRandomX-overlay/. Licence: BSD-3-Clause.

The same notice covers the Argon2 files (argon2_core.c, argon2_simd.c) and BLAKE2 (blake2b.c) as vendored in that source tree.

wasm JIT backend (CC0) · jit_stubs (BSD-3, © tevador + l-m)

The WebAssembly JIT backend in the pthread build (wasm_jit_*.{c,h}, wasm_jit_fuse_table.h, rx_aes_relaxed_blob*.h, and the edits to the RandomX core) is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 by aa022 — no obligations.

Two files in that build are not aa022's and are not covered by the CC0: src/jit_stubs/semifloat.c and src/jit_stubs/mulh.c. They are byte-identical to github.com/l1mey112/randomx.js and stay under BSD-3-Clause, © tevador <tevador@gmail.com> and l-m <l-m@l-m.dev>, under the three conditions reproduced above. Their copyright notice is retained in source.

Berkeley SoftFloat 3c

Compiled into the single-thread WebRandomX build (softfloat.cpp, softfloat.hpp) to emulate IEEE-754 rounding that WebAssembly cannot express. Licence: BSD-3-Clause.

Emscripten runtime

The web-randomx*.js glue and the runtime linked into the WebAssembly module (musl libc, dlmalloc, compiler-rt). Emscripten is offered under two licences — MIT or the University of Illinois/NCSA Open Source License; the MIT text follows.

Relay (server side, not shipped to browsers)

The origin-locked WebSocket→TLS relay uses the ws package for Node.js (MIT, © 2011 Einar Otto Stangvik and contributors). It never runs in your browser and never touches your wallet.

No fee

VoltMiner takes 0% of your hashrate on this page. Your wallet is the pool login; we do not redirect shares, and the relay rewrites nothing in either direction. MoneroOcean may charge its own pool fee, which is outside our control.
